Key Responsibilities:Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and create customized advertising campaigns.
  • Develop and implement strategies for digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and email marketing.
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to determine target audiences and optimize media spend.
  • Define and track KPIs to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI.

Creative & Content Development:

  • Design, create, and manage ad copy and creative assets for various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Work with the creative team to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Lead A/B testing initiatives to refine campaign messages and optimize performance.

SEO & Website Audits:

  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct comprehensive website audits, providing actionable insights for improvements.
  • Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to enhance website performance.

Social Media & Email Marketing:

  • Manage and execute social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Develop and execute email marketing strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Build and maintain a strong social media presence, monitoring industry trends, and optimizing campaigns based on insights.

Client Interaction & Reporting:

  • Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure campaign goals and expectations are met.
  • Present campaign reports, results, and insights to clients and stakeholders, providing recommendations for future actions.
  • Manage budgets, invoicing, and track overall spending to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Continuous Learning & Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing.
  • Actively seek opportunities to optimize campaigns and improve results.
  • Share industry knowledge with the team and contribute to the development of new marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
  • Familiarity with website audits and SEO best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn and grow in the industry.

Key Skills:

  • Digital Marketing Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
  • SEO & Website Audits: Understanding of SEO techniques, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO.
  • Analytical Tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other marketing analytics tools.
  • Content Strategy & Copywriting: Ability to create compelling ad copy and engaging content for various platforms.
  • Email Marketing: Proficiency in creating and managing email campaigns for lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Social Media Marketing: Experience in managing social media campaigns and community engagement.
  • Client Relationship Management: Strong client-facing skills and experience in presenting and managing campaigns.
  • Budget & Campaign Management: Experience in managing advertising budgets and maximizing ROI.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
