Job Description

To drive business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential B2B and B2C leads into active clients. The role focuses on field activities such as meeting doctors, hospitals, communities, corporates, and individuals to promote the company’s home healthcare and service offerings, build relationships, and achieve monthly revenue targets. Key Roles & Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions to generate referral partnerships. Conduct outreach to corporates, residential communities, senior citizen associations, and other networks for direct B2C conversions. Attend community health camps, exhibitions, and networking events to create brand awareness. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and referral partners. Convert qualified leads into active customers through consultative selling and relationship building. 2. B2B Sales & Relationship Management Build partnerships with hospitals, nursing homes, physiotherapy centers, and medical practitioners for consistent referrals. Regularly follow up with partner doctors and hospital coordinators to ensure lead flow and satisfaction. Develop long-term relationships with corporate HR and welfare teams for employee wellness or home healthcare tie-ups. Maintain and update the B2B lead tracker and share weekly conversion reports. 3. B2C Sales & Community Engagement Conduct door-to-door awareness sessions, apartment/community meetings, and senior citizen meetups. Present company services to families and patients, clearly explaining offerings, packages, and pricing. Achieve individual B2C monthly sales and revenue targets. Collect feedback and testimonials to strengthen service credibility. 4. Branding & Promotional Activities Distribute marketing materials (brochures, standees, leaflets) during field visits. Represent the company at local events, health check-up camps, or hospital tie-ups. Coordinate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns and promotional drives. Suggest new ideas to improve brand visibility and local reach. 5. Reporting & Coordination Maintain daily activity reports (visits, leads generated, follow-ups, conversions). Coordinate with the operations and service delivery teams for smooth onboarding of new clients. Submit weekly and monthly performance updates to management. Maintain CRM / Excel trackers with accurate data. 6. Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + local language). Confident in approaching new people and organizations. Strong networking, persuasion, and negotiation abilities. Well-groomed, professional appearance suitable for client-facing roles. Time management and goal-oriented mindset. 7. Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of field sales / business development experience (preferably in healthcare, services, or hospitality). Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
