Job Description

Business Development Executive

Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Location: Thrissur

Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Visit colleges, institutes, and corporate clients to promote company services and build strong relationships.
Conduct seminars, presentations, and promotional activities to create brand awareness.
Follow up on leads, maintain a pipeline, and convert prospects into clients or admissions.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain proper documentation of leads, visits, and daily activities in the CRM.
Achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Coordinate with marketing and counseling teams for smooth execution of activities.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (Freshers can also apply depending on company policy).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for field visits.
Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
