Location: Across Kerala (Field-Based)

Job Summary

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving Elance’s offline marketing, outreach, and student acquisition initiatives. This field-intensive position involves institutional visits, relationship-building, awareness sessions, and consistent lead generation. The role also includes managing public events, educational fairs, and community-driven activities to enhance brand presence and create sustainable business development opportunities across Kerala

School & College Outreach

  • Develop and execute structured route plans to ensure maximum institutional coverage.
  • Conduct career awareness sessions, seminars, workshops, and student interactions.
  • Establish long-term relationships with Principals, HODs, and faculty members.
  • Collect and validate student and parent data and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Support institutional branding activities including posters, standees, and brochures.

Community Engagement & Lead Generation

  • Develop and manage local agent networks and micro-communities.
  • Drive referral-based and word-of-mouth lead-generation efforts.
  • Strengthen local brand presence through community-level partnerships.

Public Events & Business Development

  • Plan and execute education fairs, student expos, and college/school events.
  • Identify partnership opportunities with educational institutions and local businesses.
  • Participate in sponsorships, fests, and community programs to enhance visibility.
  • Evaluate event performance based on lead conversion and ROI.

Sales Funnel Management.

  • Generate high-quality leads and ensure CRM entries are completed with precision.
  • Coordinate with Sales and Counseling teams for effective lead nurturing.
  • Drive walk-ins to Elance learning centers through offline activities.
  • Monitor agent performance and ensure monthly target achievements.

Planning, Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare structured daily and weekly route plans.
  • Maintain detailed logs of visits, sessions, events, and leads collected.
  • Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Product teams for campaign execution.

Skills & Requirements

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • 0–3 years of experience in field marketing or BTL activities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Ability to independently plan routes, manage events, and engage communities.
  • Willingness for extensive travel and target-oriented fieldwork.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
