We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to manage the complete digital marketing function for two businesses: Bright Learning Centre (UK-based training & tuition provider) Boutique Business (Customised Indian Outfits, India & UK) It is a standalone role, where successful candidate will be managing every aspect of Digital marketing. Although you will have the support and knowledge of the rest of the Bright Learning team to help you to achieve our goals. Specifically, the role will include: - Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials Manage on site content, on-page SEO and off-page SEO for the company Design, build and maintain our social media presence on all platforms by designing and posting daily Create social media content, schedule the posts, and blog writing Create new content every day to encourage traffic to website & social media sites Measure and evaluate our digital and social media effectiveness, including weekly sales updates, making recommendations for change and continuous improvement Track, report, and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns and ads, including web, email, social media and display advertising Create and send email campaigns Schedule and manage the organisation’s digital content, including website, social media and newsletters Manage Google ads, google analytics, remarketing and paid social Keeping up to date with best practice and implementing improvements on the Bright Learning website, e.g., through design and navigation changes Keep the website content up to date and relevant, ensuring all content is well written, accurate and optimised Updating WordPress website by adding courses dates and new content Promote a unified our brand, through professional use and guidance, and supply of information as required Paid advertising experience - including Google Ads, remarketing and paid social Skills required: - You will be a confident communicator both written and verbal in English language You will be numerate and be comfortable using numbers for reporting and analysis A good command of written English, as content creation (blog posts, emails, social media content) will be part of the role Experience of using Google Analytics and other Google functions such as Google My Business, Google Search Console and Google Ads The ability to plan and manage your own workload and to ensure projects are completed efficiently Be able to use, and have a good knowledge of: - WordPress demonstrable, in-depth knowledge of WordPress, from day-to-day management of content, through to the set-up of pages and the addition of graphics and images SEO a solid understanding of best practice with demonstrable experience of how to drive organic traffic PPC – how to set up, manage and analyse pay for click campaigns Social Media – plan, post and schedule daily, graphic skills to design posts about different courses Mail Chimp – to set up, execute and analyse email campaigns, as required Survey Monkey – to set up surveys and present results Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook 365 & SharePoint Knowledge and experience of using Adobe InDesign, or other graphic design software to design social media posts.
