🎯 Role Overview: The Operations Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth service delivery, efficient workforce management, and high customer satisfaction. This role bridges the gap between field teams (caregivers, nurses) and management, ensuring all operations run efficiently and within company standards. 🔑 Key Responsibilities:1. Service Coordination Assign and schedule caregivers/nurses to clients based on requirements and availability. Monitor ongoing cases to ensure service quality and timely reporting. Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly. 2. Staff Management Maintain staff attendance, shift rosters, and leave schedules. Ensure new staff orientation, ID card issue, and uniform distribution. Coordinate with HR for staff hiring, training, and deployment. 3. Operational SupportPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports. Maintain accurate documentation of client and staff details. Support billing, payroll coordination, and vendor management activities. 4. Quality & Compliance Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and healthcare standards. Conduct regular client satisfaction checks and service audits. Follow up on incident reports and ensure corrective actions. 5. Communication & Coordination Act as a link between clients, field teams, and management. Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, HR, and Accounts departments. Conduct regular meetings with team members to review operations and performance. 🧠 Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong organizational and multitasking skills.
