Business Development Manager (Influencer Marketing) Location: Gurgaon & Bangalore, India Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 3–6 years in Business Development / Influencer Marketing / Advertising / Media About Us We are a fast-growing influencer marketing company that helps brands collaborate with the right creators to drive impact. From campaign ideation to execution, we specialize in connecting brands with audiences through authentic influencer-led storytelling. Role Overview As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing relationships, and developing influencer marketing strategies tailored to brand needs. You will be the bridge between brands and our campaign teams, ensuring client objectives are achieved with measurable ROI. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients across FMCG, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and D2C sectors. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Understand brand goals and craft customized influencer marketing proposals. Negotiate commercials, close deals, and manage revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, campaign management, creator partnerships) to ensure seamless campaign delivery. Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging creators. Track campaign performance metrics and present insights/reports to clients. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Proven track record in business development, sales, or client servicing in influencer marketing, advertising, or media agencies. Previous experience in an advertising agency will be strongly preferred. Strong understanding of influencer ecosystem (macro, micro, nano creators) and digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze campaign performance and articulate ROI to clients. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and presentation/reporting tools (Google Slides, Canva, PowerPoint). Strong networking ability and a passion for digital & social media.
