Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Qualify leads and prospects based on company criteria and sales objectives.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends.
  • Analyze competitive landscape and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Understand client needs and objectives; propose solutions that meet their requirements.

Proposal Development and Presentation:

  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales contracts.
  • Present proposals to prospective clients in a clear and persuasive manner.

Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Handle objections and overcome challenges to secure new business opportunities.

Collaboration and Strategy:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with senior management on strategic business planning and expansion initiatives.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in CRM system.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or relevant role.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Hindi Speak Must

Job Types: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,238.59 - ₹36,084.83 per month
