Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive our growth and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth by offering tailored solutions to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to understand client industries, trends, and competition.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to meet client needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Track and report on sales metrics and business development activities.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
• Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with leads, contacts, and activity logs.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in [industry-specific knowledge, e.g., SaaS, FMCG, logistics, etc.]
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and techniques.
• Understanding of sales funnel and consultative sales techniques.
