Business Development Executive (BDE) Location: Kannur Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Negotiable + Incentives About the Role: We are hiring an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) for our leading Accounting & Finance Training Institution . The candidate should have prior experience in student counselling, telecalling, and converting leads into admissions . Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to counsel students on accounting programs. Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-up. Maintain and update student databases and follow-up trackers. Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Provide career guidance and ensure a positive counselling experience for students. Requirements: ● Minimum 1–2 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, or BDE roles (preferably in the education/training sector). ● Strong communication and convincing skills. ● Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated. ● Basic computer and CRM knowledge. ● Immediate joiners preferred.
