Job Description

We are seeking a high-energy and results-driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying and qualifying new business opportunities to closing deals with corporate clients.

This is a hands-on sales role for a proactive "hunter." You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline by prospecting for new clients, setting up meetings and product demonstrations, and skillfully negotiating contracts. The ideal candidate is a master of modern prospecting techniques (especially on LinkedIn) and has a proven trackrecord of meeting and exceeding sales targets.


What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Full-Cycle Sales:

    Manage the entire B2B sales process from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Lead Generation:

    Proactively generate new leads and build a strong sales pipeline using various methods, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email campaigns, and industry networking.
  • Corporate-Level Outreach:

    Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers (e.g., VPs, Directors, C-level) within target corporate accounts.
  • Meetings & Demos:

    Secure and conduct compelling sales presentations and product/service demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
  • Close Deals:

    Lead negotiations on pricing and contract terms to successfully close new business and achieve revenue goals.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and pipeline status in our CRM system.
  • Achieve Targets:

    Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies, messaging, and promotional campaigns.

  • What We're Looking For (Requirements)

    • Experience:

      1-2 years of proven B2B sales experience, with a strong track record of closing deals (experience B2B services is a plus).
    • Education:

      Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.


    • Hard Skills:

    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Demonstrable experience with modern lead generation tools, especially

      LinkedIn Sales Navigator

    • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office.

    • Soft Skills:

    • A self-motivated, proactive, and "hunter" mentality.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection.
    • Mobility:

      Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and presentations.
