Job Summary:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities
Generate qualified leads and convert them into business deals
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities
Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools
Prepare reports on sales pipeline, targets, and performance

Key Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Strategic thinking and analytical skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
