Position Title: Business Development Manager Department: Sales / Marketing / Business Development Reporting To: Head of Sales / Director / CEO Location: https://g.co/kgs/wEsNp66 Experience Required: 3-10 Years (can be adjusted) Job Summary: A Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and driving revenue growth. The role involves market research, strategic planning, lead generation, client engagement, and developing proposals tailored to client needs. The BDM plays a crucial role in the expansion and success of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients, markets, and growth opportunities Generate qualified leads and convert them into business deals Build and maintain strong client relationships Develop and deliver presentations and proposals to clients Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Work with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction Monitor market trends and competitor activities Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools Prepare reports on sales pipeline, targets, and performance Key Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities Strategic thinking and analytical skills Target-driven and self-motivated Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software. Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field MBA (preferred but not mandatory)
