Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct QC checks for finished and in-process cosmetic products as per standards.
  • Monitor product quality during filling, packing, and production stages.
  • Prepare and maintain MSDS and COA for all products.
  • Perform basic lab tests—pH, viscosity, stability checks, and appearance/fragrance evaluation.
  • Record QC results and maintain documentation in the QC logbook.
  • Coordinate with production to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Verify that raw materials and packaging materials meet specifications.
  • Follow GMP, ISO, and safety protocols in factory and lab areas.
  • Assist in sample preparation, batch validation, and product trials.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure calibration of QC lab equipment.
