Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce to deliver impactful solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead full lifecycle implementations of SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce, Statement of Work, Worker Profile Management, etc.) - Gather and analyze complex business requirements; translate them into solution architecture and system designs - Configure, customize, test, release, and support Fieldglass configurations and enhancements - Design, manage, and maintain integrations between Fieldglass and other systems (SAP and non SAP), e.g. ERP (S/4HANA / ECC), procurement systems (Ariba, etc.), HR/Payroll, analytics platforms - Ensure compliance with policies, vendor management, regulatory, security, and data privacy standards - Drive best practices in system design, operational processes, and governance around external workforce & services procurement - Monitor performance, conduct root cause analysis and remediation of system performance, issues, data quality, etc. - Work in Agile & DevOps environments owning initiatives, delivering in sprints, supporting deployment, maintaining and operating the solution live - Mentor / lead more junior consultants or team members; contribute to knowledge sharing, reviews, documentation, training - Act as subject matter expert (SME) for Fieldglass in interactions with senior business stakeholders (CxO, departmental leads) - Assist in proposal development, strategy for clients, possibly sales/pre sales support; help articulate value propositions and ROI for Fieldglass adoption or enhancements - Maintain up to date knowledge of Fieldglass product roadmap, new features, and external workforce trends to drive innovation Professional Experience: - Typically, 6 to 9 years of experience with SAP Fieldglass or relevant Vendor Management & External Workforce Management Systems. - Deep experience working with multiple Fieldglass modules (Contingent Worker, SOW, Worker Profile) - Strong integration skills: API, web services, SFTP, middleware, etc. Knowledge of integration with SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA), Ariba, etc. - Solid functional + technical expertise: ability to design system configuration, manage customizations, test, data migration, etc. - Experience in procurement & services procurement & contingent workforce processes & policies - Good knowledge of compliance, risk, data security, labor regulations relevant to external workforce management - Demonstrated skills in problem solving, root cause analysis, methodical thinking, performance optimization - Strong communication & stakeholder management: can communicate technical issues clearly to business stakeholders, lead workshops and design sessions. - Experience working in Agile or DevOps teams; familiarity with modern software delivery practices - Leadership & mentoring experience; ability to review work of others, guide juniors Key Behaviors & Attributes: - Leadership & Influence - Execution Excellence - Communication & Collaboration - Adaptability & Innovation - Analytical Thinking - Accountability & Integrity Good to have Experience: - Certifications in SAP Fieldglass, SOW & external workforce management - Experience with global rollouts & multi country external workforce management (accounting for localization, regulations) - Exposure to data analytics, reporting and dashboards for external workforce spend, risk, etc. - Experience with change management for user adoption, training programs - Experience in multiple industries (consulting, manufacturing, tech, oil & gas, etc.) - SAP Fieldglass integration with SAP ECC or SAP Ariba or Success factor exposure Any additional Certification Personal Attributes: - Excellent Communication Skills - Collaboration & Teamwork - Strategic Thinking - Leadership & Ownership - Attention to Detail & Quality Focus - CustomerCentric Mindset - Ethics & Integrity Educational Qualification: - Bachelors Degree in engineering or Science - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, engineering.
