Summary: As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve utilizing your expertise in SAP Fieldglass Contingent Workforce to deliver impactful solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - To Work as SAP Fieldglass Consultant - Lead and support end-to-end implementation of SAP Fieldglass modules (Contingent Workforce, SOW, Worker Profile, etc.) - Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to external workforce and services procurement. - Execute system testing (SIT, UAT), defect resolution, and cutover activities. - Manage system integrations with SAP ERP (ECC/S/4HANA), SuccessFactors, and other third-party tools using APIs or middleware (e.g., SAP CPI). - Provide post-go-live support and resolve operational issues in coordination with the support team. - Participate in solution demos, documentation, and end-user training. - Ensure compliance with internal quality and documentation standards. Professional Experience: - Must have 4-6 year of experience in manpower handling. - Knowledge in Service Procurement - Managing timesheets - Manage Service Invoice - Knowledge on Creating Job Profiles and Talent Acquisition, sourcing and shortlisting candidates. - Conversant with onboarding/offboarding processes - Strong Communication & Documentation skill - Strong knowledge in one or more modules of SAP Fieldglass: CW, SOW, Worker Profile, etc. - Experience in configuring business rules, rate grids, approval workflows, timesheets, and invoice processes. - Good understanding of external workforce business processes and vendor lifecycle management. - Exposure to system integrations and interfaces (SAP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, non-SAP systems). - Experience in at least 2 full-cycle Fieldglass implementations. - Strong client-facing, communication, and documentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
