About The Position
You will prioritize requests, define requirements, and drive enhancements for business stakeholders. You will be responsible for configuring new product offerings in CPQ, working closely with Product Management. You will ensure timely delivery of new offerings and ensure accuracy on pricing, discounting behaviours as well as testing provisioning outcomes.Day-to-day, you will work with business users, developers, sales operations, and other stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into actionable Salesforce and CPQ deliverables. You will serve as a business partner, driving platform adoption and business results through effective Salesforce and CPQ administration.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering
- Meet with stakeholders to capture business requirements for Salesforce and CPQ enhancements.
- Ability to utilize business analysis tools to understand drivers and motivations for the request
- Document and validate requirements, through clear and unambiguous user stories and high quality acceptance criteria
Delivery Lifecycle
- Support change requests throughout the entire delivery life cycle.
- Be a point of contact for questions on requirements from developers
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress,
- Conduct QA testing of tickets and feedback
- Facilitate UAT
- Proactively communicate progress throughout the lifecycle with the customer
Training & Support
- Provide user training, create documentation, and support end users in adopting new Salesforce and CPQ features.
CPQ Configuration
- Design and maintain product catalogs, pricing rules, discount schedules, approval workflows, and quote templates within Salesforce CPQ.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, or related field.
- 4+ years' experience in Business Analysis
- 2+ years’ experience with CPQ
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ: product configuration, pricing management, discounting, approval workflows, and quote document generation.
- Ability to communicate, influence, and persuade business and IT leaders using business language.
- Experience with data management, integration tools (e.g., Data Loader, Workbench), and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to prioritize requests and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent listening, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Formal knowledge of business process design and optimization.
- Experience leading Salesforce CPQ implementations or enhancements.
- Experience with SalesForce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Digital Experiences.
