About Position:

We are seeking for Business analyst with hands on experience in data analyst, product owner.

Role: Business Analyst
Location: Pune
Experience: 10-12 years
Job Type: Full Time Employment

What You'll Do:

Analyze data and extract insights for decision-making
Communicate with stakeholders and document requirements
Align solutions with business processes and goals
Identify issues and propose effective solutions
Use tools like Excel, SQL, R, or Python for analysis
Create reports and dashboards for business use
Manage stakeholders expectations and adapt to changes

Expertise You'll Bring:

Data analysis and insight generation using tools like Excel, SQL, R, or Python
Clear communication and documentation of business requirements
Strong understanding of business processes and strategic alignment
Problem-solving and solution design for complex challenges
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Stakeholder management and expectation handling
Creation of reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Product ownership: backlog management, release planning, and roadmap definition
