Key Responsibilities Presales Support Collaborate with the Sales/Presales team to gather client requirements Conduct stakeholder interviews, feasibility analysis, and initial discovery Assist in drafting proposals, SoWs, project scope documents, and pitch decks Help define MVP features, timelines, and solution architecture (with Tech Leads) Project Onboarding & Delivery Translate business requirements into functional specifications/user stories Create wireframes, process flows, and BRDs Act as the bridge between client, design, and tech teams during kick-off and execution. Participate in sprint planning and daily standups to track delivery milestones Analysis & Documentation Perform competitor and market research as needed Maintain product backlog and update project documentation regularly Ensure clarity in requirements to avoid scope creep or delivery delays Must-Have Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability Excellent communication and stakeholder management Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and UAT Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Miro, Figma (or similar) Ability to work in an agile environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously

As a Spring Boot Tech Lead at Webknot Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent, scalable, and high-performance backend applications.
