Key Responsibilities Presales Support Collaborate with the Sales/Presales team to gather client requirements Conduct stakeholder interviews, feasibility analysis, and initial discovery Assist in drafting proposals, SoWs, project scope documents, and pitch decks Help define MVP features, timelines, and solution architecture (with Tech Leads) Project Onboarding & Delivery Translate business requirements into functional specifications/user stories Create wireframes, process flows, and BRDs Act as the bridge between client, design, and tech teams during kick-off and execution.
