DeepThought works on Organizational Development to enable ambitious business owners in achieving their 10X Growth Charters. DeepThought is helping Escape Velocity leverage their Product Market Fit and scale from 300 clients to 1000 clients by 2030.


DeepThought is responsible for scouting the right Analyst and coaching the youngster to grow as Customer Success Lead in the organization. The hired individual would report to the VP Sales of Escape Velocity, would be mentored by both Sales and Operations Team. DT has been given this mandate to ensure cross-functional collaboration and role success.

Key Responsibilities


1. Client Relationship & Account Management

  • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients and agencies.
  • Understand client goals, campaign performance, and creative needs.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery and analytics teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage client escalations with empathy and accountability.


2. Consultative Selling & Upselling

  • Identify new use-cases where Flashtalking can add value (e.g. creative automation, cookieless measurement, dynamic personalization).
  • Translate technical capabilities into business benefits that resonate with CMOs and marketing heads.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to finalize pricing proposals.
  • Own upsell pipeline and monthly revenue targets within assigned accounts.

3. Insights, Storytelling & Reporting

  • Create quarterly business review decks showcasing campaign performance and ROI stories.
  • Simplify complex ad-tech concepts into client-friendly narratives.
  • Use Flashtalking dashboards and CRM data to track trends, NPS, and engagement.


4. Process & Product Enablement

  • Stay updated on Flashtalking’s latest features and releases.
  • Conduct client training or demo sessions when needed.
  • Document client feedback, use-cases, and success stories for internal learning.
  • Work closely with Escape Velocity’s enablement team to refine storytelling and upselling playbooks.

  • Account Retention Rate (% of renewing accounts)
  • Upsell Revenue / Additional Deals per Quarter
  • Net Promoter Score (NPS) Improvement
  • Client Response Time & Issue Resolution Speed
  • CRM Hygiene (pipeline documentation & insights shared)

Eligibility

  • 1-2 years of experience in

    Business Analytics and Client Servicing

  • Exposure to

    SaaS

    or

    Advertising Technology

    platforms (e.g. Google Ads, DV360, Adobe, Flashtalking, Innovid, etc.) preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written).
  • Comfort with analytics tools, CRMs, and PowerPoint storytelling.


Compensation

  • Salary Range: ₹5–6 LPA (CTC)
  • Performance Incentive: Quarterly bonuses linked to upsell revenue and NPS improvement.
  • Learning Path: Access to a 6-week enablement program on consultative storytelling, upselling, and AdTech fundamentals.


Growth Path

  • Stage 1:

    Manage client accounts independently; deliver strong NPS & upsells.
  • Stage 2:

    Evolve into a

    Revenue Growth Manager

    , owning complete client retention and expansion portfolio.
