Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


gathering and analyzing business requirements

SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies

·      Experience working with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business stakeholders

Azure DevOps,

documentation and presentation skills

problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate stakeholder discussions

requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution recommendations

Technical Requirements:


·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

·      2–3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or similar roles.

·      Proficient in creating BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and functional documentation.

·      Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

·      Experience in gathering and translating business requirements into technical specs.

·      Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and SQL for data analysis.

·      Experience with BI/reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

·      Familiar with CRM/ERP systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Microsoft Dynamics.

·      Ability to support UAT and validate deliverables against requirements.

·      Strong analytical skills to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

·      Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar for project tracking.

·      Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management skills.

·      Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers, QA, and product managers.

·      Exposure to automation tools like Zapier or Power Automate is a plus.

·      Basic knowledge of APIs, data flows, or system integration is preferred.

·      Bonus: basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python or R) is an added advantage.
