• Identify, contact, and qualify potential clients through various channels, including email, phone, social media, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including follow-up calls and emails, proposal creation, negotiation, and contract signing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute lead-generation campaigns and strategies. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's CRM system to track sales progress and ensure data integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and continued use of our product.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and new developments in the SaaS market to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics sales, preferably in a SaaS-based company
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects and clients. • Excellent presentation skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
