Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients across BFSI, HVAC, and IoT sectors. Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales & Business Development: Drive SaaS product adoption by identifying client needs, recommending tailored solutions, and closing deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow business within assigned accounts and ensure sustainable revenue streams.
  • Market Expansion: Leverage industry knowledge to identify new opportunities in BFSI, HVAC, and IoT domains, positioning our SaaS offerings as value-driven solutions.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast sales, track performance, and ensure accurate client data management.
  • Presentation & Communication: Deliver impactful presentations and product demos to decision-makers, translating complex technical solutions into business value.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth client onboarding, account growth, and retention.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and provide insights to management for strategy refinement.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in business account management or SaaS sales, preferably within BFSI, HVAC, or IoT industries.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and strong understanding of SaaS sales models and KPIs.
  • Industry Exposure: Knowledge of HVAC systems, BFSI processes, and IoT applications with the ability to align them with SaaS solutions.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage complete sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and deliver on revenue targets.
  • Communication & Presentation: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights for client growth and retention.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
