We are seeking a motivated and creative Brand specialist to join our team. This role supports thedevelopment and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engagement, andequity. Key Responsibilities
- Brand Development Support:
- Assist in planning, developing, and executing brand campaigns and collateral
- Develop brand visual assets and packaging in collaboration with merchandising
team, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to
inform brand strategies.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance and suggest improvements.
- Project Coordination:
- Work cross-functionally with teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure
cohesive branding.
- Manage timelines and budgets for branding projects.
- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure brand messaging and visuals are consistent across all touchpoints.
- Monitor adherence to brand guidelines by internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field
(Master’s is a plus).
- Proven experience in branding, brand strategy, or related roles (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful brand-building projects.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in brand tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, brand
management software).
- Ability to think strategically while also executing creatively.
- Strong project management and collaboration skills.
Preferred
- Experience in [industry, e.g., tech, FMCG, healthcare] branding.
- Knowledge of consumer insights, market research, and brand tracking tools.
- Understanding of digital-first branding (social media, influencer, content marketing).
