You will be joining Growth Valley Community (GVC) as a Brand Manager to enhance the brand's presence both online and offline and harmonize the global message. Your responsibilities will include: - **Holistic Brand Strategy:** Develop and refine brand guidelines, narrative, and visual standards to distinguish GVC in the edtech and entrepreneurial sector. - **Creative Direction:** Supervise content strategy, storytelling, and design for social media, newsletters, events, and other platforms. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work with internal teams (product, enrollment, founder's office) to synchronize campaign objectives, deadlines, and performance. - **Analytics & Iteration:** Monitor brand engagement, conduct A/B tests, and adjust campaigns based on data and feedback, balancing creativity with measurable impact. As the Brand Manager at GVC, you will need to be: - **Strategic + Hands-on:** Capable of mapping out the brand vision and refining social copy effectively. - **Data-Driven Storyteller:** Blend creative narratives with conversion, integrating data into organic content creation. - **Growth-Oriented:** Flourish in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoy engaging multiple stakeholders, and actively seek opportunities for rapid growth.
