The MarTech Platform team is seeking talented individuals to contribute to the Architecture, Design, Development, and deployment of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Customer Data Platform (CDP) applications within Schneider Electric CRM landscape and service offers to support business domains. The responsibilities include stakeholder management, designing and developing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, maintaining data models, data flows, and data mappings, developing and managing marketing automation processes, campaigns, workflows, reports, and dashboards. Additionally, providing technical guidance and support to team members for condition monitoring, diagnosis, and maintenance, as well as ensuring the reliability, availability, and maintainability of the platform and applications. The key missions involve having a strong hands-on experience architecture in cloud technologies with a focus on Salesforce and other cloud platforms. Understanding end-to-end objectives, business problems, and driving technology architecture to solve business challenges with a customer-first mindset. Collaborating with technical experts to build prototypes, pilots, and drive new technology adoption and delivery excellence. Specifying, designing, implementing, testing, validating, and industrializing advanced data management, artificial intelligence, and analytic functions for incorporation in products, systems, and solutions. Contributing to the identification and evaluation of potential external partners and collaborating with product managers of technology providers to share feedback for future product evolution. Additionally, contributing to intellectual property protection, capitalization of knowledge, and internal and external communication on Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science. Qualifications: - Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related subjects, ideally with 5 years of experience in data processing and Analytics/Artificial Intelligence/Data Science model development. - Strong understanding of software engineering skills/experience including coding, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the application development process in an agile mode. - Problem-solving orientation, results-driven mindset, and application of technology to real-life business cases. - Effective communication skills with the ability for data-driven storytelling, convincing with words, impacting with data, and influencing with visuals. - Autonomy and capacity to cooperate, openness of mind, and scientific rigor. - Fluent in English with some knowledge of Energy Management and Automation markets.
