Job Description

Role Overview: As the APAC L&D Lead for Real Estate Management Services (REMS), you will play a crucial role in designing and executing learning and development programs for the Asia Pacific REMS organization. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to drive the L&D strategy, facilitate training programs, and ensure alignment with global talent management processes. Your focus will be on accelerating skills and careers to support business line growth within the REMS sector. Key Responsibilities: - Create and implement an annual L&D roadmap aligned with the global REMS L&D Strategy, covering priorities for both APAC Real Estate Management Services and Global Account Management. - Drive the execution of L&D priorities through effective project and program management, including promoting Open Learn and brilliant leadership programs tailored to the APAC audience. - Support the launch and upkeep of Real Estate Management Services Skills Academy, leading the development of guides, skills assessments, and the learning hub on SharePoint. - Manage the annual L&D Nominations process in collaboration with Heads of Leadership Development and DEI. - Review global Real Estate Management Services onboarding content biannually to ensure relevance and serve as the main contact for onboarding inquiries. - Establish and lead the APAC Real Estate Management Services L&D Guild, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practices among on-account L&D resources. - Develop a communication strategy for learning programs, including maintaining business-facing learning hubs and calendars. - Conduct key training programs as per the business line roadmap or ad hoc requests, leveraging existing offerings before initiating new designs. - Represent Talent & Development products to stakeholders in APAC REMS and engage with the business to ensure strategic priorities are met effectively. - Utilize data to demonstrate the business impact of L&D initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Strategic Thinking: Ability to align work with global strategy and influence strategic outputs. - Stakeholder Management: Skilled at effective communication and managing expectations. - Needs Analysis: Strong consulting skills to understand business needs and focus resources accordingly. - Data-Driven Storytelling: Proficiency in leveraging data to showcase progress and impact. - L&D Project & Program Management: Experience in delivering solutions within agreed timelines. - Facilitation & Design: Skill in designing engaging learning materials and facilitating training. - Management: Ability to lead a high-performing team to achieve L&D priorities. - Key Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint. - Fluent Business English: Essential for written and spoken communication.,
