Job Description

Role Overview: As a key member of the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) Learning & Development (L&D) team at JLL, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of real estate by designing and executing scaled L&D activities to accelerate skills and careers for business line growth in the Asia Pacific region. Your responsibilities will include creating and executing an annual L&D roadmap, driving the uptake of learning programs, supporting the launch of Real Estate Management Services Skills Academy, managing L&D nominations process, and facilitating key training programs. Key Responsibilities: - Create and execute an annual L&D roadmap aligned with the global REMS L&D Strategy for APAC Real Estate Management Services and Global Account Management. - Drive the execution of L&D priorities through strong project and program management, including facilitating Open Learn and brilliant leadership programs. - Support the launch and maintenance of Real Estate Management Services Skills Academy, leading the creation of development guides and skills assessments. - Manage annual L&D Nominations process for the organization in partnership with Heads of Leadership Development and DEI. - Conduct biannual reviews of global Real Estate Management Services onboarding content and serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding questions. - Develop and lead APAC Real Estate Management Services L&D Guild to share best practices and reduce duplication of resources. - Design a communication strategy for learning programming and facilitate key training programs per the business line roadmap. - Leverage data to demonstrate the business impact of the L&D agenda and prepare regular updates for stakeholders. - Lead a highly engaged and high-performing team to ensure effective delivery of business priorities aligned with the operating model. Qualifications Required: - Strategic Thinking: Ability to align work with global REMS L&D strategy and influence strategic outputs. - Stakeholder Management: Skilled at effective communication and managing expectations proactively. - Needs Analysis: Strong consulting skills to understand business needs and focus L&D resources appropriately. - Data-Driven Storytelling: Ability to leverage data to articulate the business impact of L&D initiatives. - L&D Project & Program Management: Experience in activating the strategic L&D agenda to achieve desired outcomes. - Facilitation & Design: Design engaging learning materials and facilitate training sessions effectively. - Management: Ability to lead a highly engaged and high-performing team to deliver L&D priorities. - Key Technical Skills: Proficiency in PowerPoint and SharePoint. - Fluent Business English: Essential for written and spoken communication.
