What You’ll Do—Every Week What You’ll Do—Every Week Own the CRM Pull leads from Meta forms, WhatsApp, webinars → score, tag, chase. Stack Calls, Close Deals 30+ qualified parent calls; ≄ 70 % show-up via triple-reminder system. Weaponise Objections Log every “no,” A/B rebuttals, publish a Friday update: wins + bombs. Tighten the Funnel Build micro-experiments (subject lines, pricing anchors, urgency CTAs) and ship two per sprint. Sync with Growth & Curriculum Monday 10:00: 15-min funnel stand-up—what’s blocking, what’s next. Must-Haves 3+ yrs quota-carrying sales or admissions or senior-teacher/counsellor who has hit hard intake targets. Proven ≄ 100 paid conversions in a single cycle—show the sheet. HubSpot / Zoho ninja; advanced Sheets formulas or SQL a bonus. English & Hindi that calm CXO parents and still hype a 15-yr-old. Stamina for rapid follow-ups, evening calls, and Saturday demos—startup speed, not school hours. Nice-to-Haves GCC / US parent-market experience. Basic Looker Studio or Mixpanel chops.
