Make an Impact Key business controlling and reporting tasks include: Ownership of GST/VAT/Excise/Customs calculation and submission Monthly payroll processing through our ADP system Ownership of Group recharges and monthly intercompany matrix Post and reconcile bank account entries Responsibility for various month end tasks e.g. accruals, fixed assets etc Vendor invoice management Asset accounting and monitoring Assist tax reporting and other statutory submissions Assist external auditors with the provision of documents and information Your Talent and Skills To be successful in this role, you will have the following: An accounting background, either part-qualified ACCA/CIMA Experience with SAP is advantageous but not critical Previous experience in similar role/accounting background Precision, accuracy and strong organisational skills The ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment, resistant to stress The ability to work as a team player, as well as independently, and can plan and prioritise your workload accordingly Good negotiation and communication skills The ability to work in a cross-cultural environment Given the global nature of our business, fluency in English and Hindi, spoken and written, is a must We’ve put together some criteria that we think is important for this role, but don’t worry if your experience and expertise isn’t an exact match.
