Duties and Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Management:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that defines Royal Drive's market position, brand promise, and unique value proposition across all verticals.
· Ensure a consistent and cohesive brand identity, messaging, and visual style across all marketing materials, from ATL advertising to digital content and showroom branding.
· Act as the primary brand custodian, providing guidelines and oversight for all internal and external communications to maintain brand integrity and consistency.
· Conduct regular brand health checks, monitor brand sentiment, and analyze market trends to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
2. AI Influencer Management (Roya):
· Lead the end-to-end strategy, content planning, and ongoing management of "Roya," Royal Drive's pioneering AI automotive influencer.
· Develop a comprehensive content calendar and production pipeline specifically for Roya, ensuring a consistent stream of high-quality, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
· Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and external partners to produce diverse content formats featuring Roya, including "Cars at RD", "Autopulse", "Roya Vibes", "Roya with Cars", and any other which may be planned in future.
· Strategically establish Roya as a prominent and influential social figure, leveraging her unique identity as Kerala's first auto AI influencer and a significant player in the national automotive AI landscape.
3. CMD Social Media & Personal Branding Coordination:
· Strategically manage and curate the online presence of the CMD across all relevant social media channels, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging and personal brand objectives.
· Develop a content strategy for the CMD's social media, including thought leadership pieces, industry insights, and company updates, aimed at fostering credibility, trust, and a strong public image.
· Coordinate seamlessly with external public relations agencies, personal branding consultants, and internal communications teams to maintain an always-on, positive, and authentic social presence for the CMD.
4. Content Strategy & Oversight:
· Define the overall content strategy for the Royal Drive Group, ensuring all content (written, visual, and video) is aligned with brand messaging and business goals.
· Provide creative direction and brand guidance to the Content Coordinator, Graphic Designer, and Multimedia Specialists.
· Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to ensure organic content efforts support broader digital marketing objectives.
· Oversee content quality, accuracy, and adherence to brand standards across all platforms.
5. Cross-Functional & Team Collaboration:
· Work closely with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to provide brand guidance for digital campaigns.
· Collaborate with the Retail & Outdoor Marketing Manager to ensure brand consistency in showrooms, events, and BTL activities.
· Engage with internal stakeholders from Sales, Operations, and HR to understand their needs and ensure marketing initiatives support their objectives.
· Provide brand-related direction to the PPC Specialist, Social Media Specialist, and Digital Media Moderator to ensure all communication and visuals are on-brand.
6. Public Relations & Reputation Management:
· Develop and oversee public relations activities, including press releases, media kits, and media relations, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
· Monitor media coverage and online sentiment related to Royal Drive, and develop strategies for proactive and reactive reputation management.
7. Reporting & Insights:
· Track and report on key brand health metrics, including brand awareness, sentiment, and perception.
· Provide strategic insights to the HOD Marketing based on brand performance data and competitive analysis.
· Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and annual plans.
8. Creative & Multilingual Content Generation:
· Proactively generate and propose new and unique creative ideas for brand campaigns, content themes, and marketing activations.
· Write compelling and brand-aligned copy in both English and Malayalam for use across all digital and traditional marketing channels, ensuring cultural relevance and local market resonance.
· Work with the Content Coordinator and other team members to ensure all written content is consistent with the brand voice and meets a high standard of quality.
9. General Responsibilities:
Undertake any other duties or responsibilities entrusted by the Head of Marketing or the Chairman & Managing Director (CMD), demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach to supporting broader organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
· Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, content strategy, public relations, or a related field, preferably within the automotive, luxury goods, or F&B industries.
· Strong understanding of brand management principles, brand equity, and brand positioning.
· Exceptional copywriting, editing, and verbal communication skills in both English and Malayalam, with a strong portfolio of high-quality content.
· Experience in managing public relations activities and media relationships.
· Demonstrable experience in managing high-profile social media accounts (e.g., for a C-level executive or celebrity).
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret market data and brand metrics.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
· A proactive, creative, and results-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
