Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for directing all operational aspects of the company, including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales. You will need to assess local market conditions, identify sales opportunities, develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans. Your role will involve meeting goals and metrics, managing the budget, and allocating funds appropriately. It will be your responsibility to bring out the best in branch personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation. You should also locate areas of improvement, propose corrective actions, and share knowledge with other branches and headquarters.
