The Branch Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day branch operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the branch’s business growth. The role includes handling gold loan operations, documentation, customer queries, cash transactions, and general administrative duties while maintaining high standards of compliance and professionalism. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service & Front Desk Welcome and assist customers with inquiries about gold loans, deposits, and financial products. Provide accurate information and ensure a smooth customer experience. Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when required. 2. Gold Loan Operations Evaluate, process, and disburse gold loans in accordance with company guidelines. Manage gold appraisal coordination with the authorised appraiser. Maintain proper documentation, KYC, and records for all loan accounts. Ensure secure storage and handling of gold ornaments. 3. Branch Administration Manage daily branch activities, including filing, documentation, and data entry. Support branch audits by maintaining proper records and compliance. Ensure branch premises are clean, organised, and customer-friendly. 4. Cash Handling & Accounts Handle daily cash transactions, receipts, and payments. Maintain cash registers and generate daily reports. Assist with bank deposits and reconciliation. 5. Sales & Business Development Promote the company's loan products, deposits, and financial schemes to customers. Assist in achieving monthly branch targets. Engage in field-level marketing activities when required. 6. Compliance & Risk Management Follow all company policies, RBI norms, and NBFC regulations. Ensure strict adherence to KYC, AML, and internal audit requirements. Report irregularities or suspicious activities promptly. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred: Commerce or Business Administration). Good communication skills in English and local language. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry). Customer-friendly attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in NBFC/banking/gold loan operations is an added advantage. Work Environment: Full-time branch-based role. Requires interaction with customers, handling of gold, and daily operational responsibilities.
