About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Kannur branch operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, sales expertise, and hands-on experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations including sales, marketing, and administration
• Drive sales growth and achieve branch-level targets
• Lead, train, and motivate the sales and operations teams
• Develop and execute local business development strategies
• Build and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships
• Oversee project execution in coordination with technical and service teams
• Monitor branch performance, expenses, and reporting
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards
• Handle customer escalations and ensure high satisfaction levels

Candidate Requirements

• Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Engineering, or Business preferred
• Experience: Minimum 4–8 years in sales and branch management
• Solar or renewable energy industry experience strongly preferred
• Proven leadership and team-handling capabilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
• Willingness to travel within the district for business development
