BRANCH MANAGER

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations with a strong focus on driving Gold Loan disbursement, which is the primary product of the branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, team management, customer acquisition, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive and increase Gold Loan disbursement and overall branch business.
• Manage end-to-end branch operations, ensuring profitability and growth.
• Lead, motivate, and monitor branch staff to achieve business targets.
• Acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Ensure timely collection of interest and principal amounts.
• Monitor gold loan appraisal, documentation, and compliance with company policies.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines, internal controls, and audit requirements.
• Analyze local market potential and implement strategies to improve business volume.
• Handle customer grievances and maintain high service standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Mandatory Graduate Degree (any discipline).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Gold Loan finance / NBFC / Banking sector in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of gold appraisal, gold loan processes, and local market dynamics.
• Proven ability to drive sales and manage branch-level targets.
