Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Credit Manager at our Banswara location. The Branch Credit Manager will be responsible for managing and evaluating credit applications, performing credit risk assessments, monitoring credit portfolios, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role includes developing strategies to minimize risks and optimize the credit portfolio performance through detailed analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

Proficient in Credit Management and Credit Risk Management
Strong Analytical Skills with a focus on data-driven decision making
Understanding of Finance principles and practices
Experience in Credit assessment and evaluation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Experience in rural and microfinance is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
