Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage credit proposals from branch teams, ensuring timely processing and decision-making.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of loan applications, including financial statements, cash flows, and creditworthiness.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branches, customers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to credit underwriting.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-5 years of experience in credit management or a related field (credit underwriting).
  • Strong understanding of home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other secured loan products.
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) is essential.
