Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage credit proposals from branch teams, ensuring timely processing and decision-making.
Conduct thorough analysis of loan applications, including financial statements, cash flows, and creditworthiness.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including branches, customers, and internal teams.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to credit underwriting.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-5 years of experience in credit management or a related field (credit underwriting).
Strong understanding of home loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other secured loan products.
Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel) is essential.
