ey Responsibilities:*
* Assess loan applications using credit bureau reports, income documents, and risk parameters.
* Approve or escalate cases based on authority limits.
* Ensure adherence to credit policy and regulatory norms.
* Monitor portfolio performance and flag early delinquencies.
* Coordinate with sales, operations, and collections for smooth processing.
* Maintain TAT and ensure documentation readiness for audits.
Requirements:*
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in secured Business loan - HL, LPA underwriting.
* Strong in credit assessment, risk analysis, and decision-making.
* Proficient in credit bureau interpretation and financial document analysis.
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance or related field.
