Branch Credit Manager

As a candidate for the role of Handling HL, LAP, your main responsibilities will include: - Underwriting and Decision of Affordable Home loan/loan against property. - Maintaining an average Decision TAT of less than 4.5 days. - Maintaining an average Hard Sanction TAT of 7 days for 90% top files (20%). - Ensuring an Average disbursement TAT of less than 1% for cases disbursed in the last 12 months and less than 0.15% for cases disbursed in the last 12 months. - Understanding and interpreting results of financial analysis, banking analysis, and bureau reports for eligibility in line with Policy/Income. - Studying, analyzing, and interpreting legal & technical reports of property and having an understanding of Legal and technical challenges associated with the Property of the specific geography. - Maintaining the right quality of Portfolio & ensuring the Delinquency numbers are within control while balancing Return vis a vis Risk. Please note that this role is suitable for candidates with a background in banking and NBFC, with at least 2-3 years of work experience. The preferred language for this role is Telugu.
