Job Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify and approach potential clients interested in leveraging their financial assets (e.g., shares, mutual funds, bonds) for loans. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Target Achievement: Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for loan disbursements. Loan Processing & Documentation: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected. Market Analysis & Strategy: Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all loan transactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
