Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, ensure project delivery, and contribute to strategic planning. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for upper management.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of projects.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Handle team , training, evaluation, and motivation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and management software/tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹529,313.55 - ₹2,024,586.19 per year
