📢 Hiring: Lead – Fundraising & Treasury | Udaipur
We’re hiring at CRSP Capital, a fast-growing NBFC, for a strategic role in fundraising and treasury.
We’re looking for a driven professional with 3–7 years of experience in treasury, debt syndication, or institutional fundraising to lead our capital strategy.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
• Raise and manage debt from banks/NBFCs
• Structure funding deals & oversee treasury planning
• Build and maintain lender relationships
• Explore co-lending, securitization, refinance options
• Manage credit rating agency interactions & compliance
🎓 Preferred: CA/MBA (Finance), strong lender network, solid negotiation & documentation skills.
