  2. Hands-on work experience on the government eProcurement and GeM portal.
  3. Proficiency in analysing bid requirements and developing winning strategies.
  4. Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage resources effectively.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality bid documents.
  6. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
  7. Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape
  8. Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  9. Relationship-building skills to foster partnerships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors/partners.
  10. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities


Roles & Responsibilities:


  1. Lead the bid process from inception to submission, ensuring adherence to timelines and requirements.
  2. Conduct a thorough analysis of bid documents, identifying key requirements, risks, and opportunities.
  3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources for bid development.
  4. Develop comprehensive bid strategies, including pricing, technical approach, along with the Presales team, and win themes, to maximise chances of success.
  5. Ensure quality bid response having expected proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance with client specifications.
  6. Manage the proposal review process, soliciting feedback from subject matter experts and incorporating revisions as needed.
  7. Coordinate with legal, finance, and other relevant departments to address contractual and regulatory requirements.
  8. Liaise with clients, partners, and subcontractors to clarify requirements, negotiate terms, and resolve issues.
  9. Track and report on bid progress, including win/loss analysis and lessons learned, to inform future bidding efforts.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform bid strategy and positioning.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the bid management team, implementing best practices and seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
