Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, managing employee engagements, payrolls, managing employee relations, and overseeing HR management tasks. Additionally, this role will be solely responsible for IT recruitments, ensuring that the hiring process aligns with the company’s needs. The position involves ensuring smooth HR functions and supporting employees with HR-related inquiries.

Qualifications

• IT Recruitment experience is a must.
• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations
• Proficient in managing Employee Relations and implementing HR Policies
• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
