Primary Title: US Bench Sales Recruiter

About The Opportunity

We operate in the IT staffing and talent-acquisition sector—placing technology professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles for domestic and international clients. This remote role sits at the intersection of sales and recruiting: you will market bench consultants, win client opportunities, and convert idle bench inventory into billable revenue.Role & Responsibilities
  • Proactively market bench consultants to existing and new clients—drive outreach via calls, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and targeted job-portal sourcing to secure interviews and submissions.
  • Qualify client requirements quickly, align bench skills to role needs, prepare compelling candidate profiles, and manage fast-turnaround submissions to hiring managers.
  • Own the full sales cycle for bench placements: pitching, negotiating commercial terms, closing offers, and coordinating onboarding with delivery teams.
  • Maintain and update ATS/CRM records (submissions, pipeline stages, client communications) to ensure accurate forecasting and weekly revenue reporting.
  • Collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to convert live leads into placements, reduce bench time, and re-skill/position consultants for high-demand roles.
  • Hit monthly/quarterly revenue targets; track KPIs (submissions, interviews, placements, bill rate attainment) and drive continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • 2+ years of proven bench-sales or IT-staffing sales experience with demonstrated placements & revenue attainment.
  • Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, experience pitching consultants to technical hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills; comfortable with high-volume cold-calling and follow-up.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS/CRM tools (Bullhorn, Salesforce, Zoho or similar) and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
  • Target-driven mindset with basic financial/commercial acumen (rate negotiation, markup, billing models).
  • Solid Excel skills for tracking pipelines, commissions and simple forecasts.

Preferred

  • Experience working with US/EMEA clients and familiarity with W2/C2/C2C billing models.
  • Prior experience as a technical recruiter or background in IT delivery/resourcing.
  • Comfortable working fully remote with strong time-management and self-motivated sales discipline.
