Bench Sales Recruiter (Hybrid – Indore, MP)

About the Role

Bench Sales Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Market available consultants (bench candidates) to Tier 1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners.
Build strong relationships with vendors, clients, and consultants.
Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms of employment.
Track and maintain consultants’ submissions, interviews, and placements.
Maintain consultant databases and ensure regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with recruitment teams for better bench utilization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience:
1–3 years in Bench Sales / US IT Staffing.
Strong knowledge of the
US recruitment process
and bench sales cycle.
Experience working with H1B, OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, GC and USC consultants.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Mandatory:
Candidates must be based in Indore or willing to relocate and
able to attend office on a hybrid basis
(no fully remote option).
