Role Description: Bench Sales Recruiter (Night Shift India – US (CST) Timings)

Bench Sales Recruiter

The Bench Sales Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment and bench sales cycle, including sourcing, screening, marketing consultants, and placing candidates in suitable positions. The role also involves identifying new clients, managing existing accounts, coordinating with hiring managers, and maintaining strong communication with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should excel in building long-term professional relationships and driving successful closures that contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, market, and place bench consultants across various IT and engineering domains
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, negotiation, and placement
  • Identify new clients/vendors and generate business through strong relationships
  • Collaborate with account managers and hiring managers to understand resource needs
  • Maintain regular communication with consultants, vendors, and clients
  • Track submissions, interviews, and placements to ensure smooth process flow
  • Achieve performance targets and contribute to team goals

Qualifications

  • 6 months to 4 years of proven experience

    in Bench Sales, IT recruitment, or full life-cycle recruiting
  • Strong understanding of U.S. hiring processes, tax terms (W2/1099/C2C), and recruitment strategies
  • Proficiency in account management and building client/vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a

    fast-paced, target-driven, night-shift environment

  • Prior experience in IT or engineering recruitment is preferred

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
