Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Dharmasagar. The Bench Sales Recruiter will handle sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for IT consulting positions. Responsibilities include marketing bench consultants to clients, identifying job requirements for open roles, maintaining and updating candidate data, building relationships with clients, and developing talent pipelines. The recruiter will ensure the effective placement of candidates and provide ongoing support to clients and consultants for a successful partnership.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in talent sourcing, screening, and onboarding processes
• Experience in managing consultant marketing and placement on IT client projects
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of IT industry standards, job roles, and technologies
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, databases, and professional networks
• Previous experience in IT consulting or staffing is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
