Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals.Screen and evaluate resumes to match qualifications with job requirements.Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with hiring managers and team leads.Maintain and update the candidate pipeline and recruitment database.Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals for future hiring needs.Negotiate offers, ensuring alignment with budgets and market standards.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and recruitment best practices.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in IT staffing or recruitment.Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends (e.g., Java, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.).Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards (Dice, Monster, etc.), and professional networks like LinkedIn.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of recruitment metrics and strategies to optimize hiring processes.Familiarity with different employment types (full-time, contract, C2C, W2, etc.).Preferred Qualifications:Experience in US IT staffing or working with international clients.Certifications in recruitment tools or technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical roles.
