The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing and placing IT professionals in the US market, with solid knowledge of tax terms, visa classifications, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process , from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals. Evaluate technical skills, communication, and overall fit of candidates for client requirements. Work with W2, and 1099 tax terms and have strong knowledge of US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.) . Negotiate pay rates, prepare submissions, and coordinate interviews with clients/vendors. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for critical and niche skills. Track daily/weekly submissions and maintain recruitment reports. Develop strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth recruitment operations. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3+ years of proven US IT recruiting experience . Hands-on experience with sourcing portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. Strong knowledge of US tax terms and visa classifications . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
