The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing and placing IT professionals in the US market, with solid knowledge of tax terms, visa classifications, and end-to-end recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end US IT recruitment process , from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding. Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals. Hands-on experience with sourcing portals such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc. Strong knowledge of US tax terms and visa classifications . Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment . Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
