About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter with 1 to 4 years of experience in end-to-end IT and functional recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, and experience working with Tier 1 Clients, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners across the U.S. market. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and qualify IT professionals for contract and full-time positions across various domains. Work closely with Account Managers and Clients to understand job requirements and tailor search strategies accordingly. Manage the entire recruitment life cycle: requirement analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, rate negotiation, and submission. Engage candidates through various channels job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, and referrals. Submit qualified resumes to Tier 1 vendors and implementation partners with quick turnaround times. Maintain strong candidate relationships and pipeline for recurring skill sets. Coordinate interviews, feedback, and onboarding processes with clients and candidates. Meet daily/weekly targets on submissions, interviews, and placements. Required Skills & Experience 1–4 years of experience in technical recruiting in the US IT staffing industry. Must have experience working on W2 requirements, especially targeting US Citizens and Green Card holders. • Hands-on experience working with Tier 1 Clients, Prime Vendors, and Implementation Partners. Strong understanding of both technical and functional IT roles. Experience using ATS and job boards like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn Recruiter. Ability to evaluate resumes, conduct technical screenings, and negotiate rates. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High energy, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience supporting clients in domains like BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Government. We are hiring Bench sales recruiter for our Jubilee Hills, Film Nagar (Hyderabad) office location. The job involves managing and marketing IT consultants to Tier 1 / SI / End clients. The selected candidate will be involved in marketing our bench candidates to clients apart from managing the relationship with candidates. Preferred candidate profile Must have 3+ Years of Proven Experience in Bench sales in the US IT Staffing and Consulting Industry. Have excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills. Well Experienced in handling the Full Cycle of Bench Sales Recruitment. i.e., from sourcing Job requirements from Prime Vendors, Vendors, Clients etc, to submitting the Bench Consultants, negotiating the best rates, following up on Interview Schedules & Placing the Consultants at best deals.
